Payment in full is due at the time of booking. To be made by debit or credit card, BAC transfer or cash

Once payment has been made, it is advisable to book all appointments in advance.

To achieve maximum benefit the programme is designed to be completed within the 12 week period depending on the programme chosen.

If it is not possible to be completed within the designated period, the programmes must be completed by a maximum of 16 weeks for the Essential programme and of 20 weeks for the Rejuvenate and Flourish programme. Any outstanding sessions not taken beyond these parameters may be forfeited.

Any cancellations or rebooking must be made by a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Notice of less than 48 hours may result in an appointment being forfeited or charged at 50% of cost

Functional testing and supplements are not included in the price of the programmes and must be paid for separately.
